Lily continues to progress. She's feeling MUCH better and eating her food, gaining more strength and stamina and just showing what a tuff girl she is.
Thanks to our donors, we're 45% of the way to paying for Lily's emergency care. It was a close call, but she's bounced back with the usual Terrier spirit.Thank you ALL for your support and love for this lucky little girl!
According to her Foster Mom, Lily is doing much better after last week's fever and emergency vet visit. She's even led the springers a merry chase around and around the yard.
Today, Lily figured out where Mr Chipmunk is hiding between bird-feeder raids. This is supposed to be a bird house but I've seen him go in the front hole on a regular basis. I finally felt sorry for the poor traumatized critter & got a leash to take her away. Thankfully, Mr. Chipmunk has decided to vacate the log cabin, a good thing because Lily now trots over to double check every time I let her outside.
